We schedule all office visit with pre-arranged appointments. In an effort to best serve ALL of our patients, we ask that you honor all appointments made and if needs mandate a cancellation or postponement, then we must ask you to please call us 24 hour in advance, so that we can make that time available for someone else in need. We work with all our patients and routinely call the day before for reminders of the apppointment set up the next day. However, we understand that emergency situations requiring immediate help can and do occur.
